Thanks for shopping at WidowMakerTexas. Since we have 100% customer satisfaction on our knives and most of our customers will purchase additional knives from us, we have never had the need to have a “return” policy, however,  if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Satisfaction Policy: If you have an issue with your purchase, we ask that you contact us immediately. You can reach us via email at  or you can call us at 817-894-0477. We will work with you to see if how we can help.

Shipping for Repair: Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to be repaired per the warranty. WidowMaker Texas will pay to reship the fixed Knife back to you . Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
